Bodies of Care, LIGNA Hamburg x Goethe-Institut
Thank You / Terimakasih
Thank You is an instruction-based performance that invites participants into a personal ritual of remembrance and gratitude. Developed during the Bodies of Care program, the work explores care not as an external gesture, but as an intimate act of connecting with someone we once loved, still love, or have lost. Through simple yet emotionally charged instructions, participants are guided to recall, reflect, and offer thanks. Transforming performance space into a quiet sanctuary of memory. Thank You proposes that even in a state of uncertainty or detachment, saying "thank you" can be a powerful, healing form of care.
